ArcBooks is provided as business accounting and record-management software. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for complying with accounting, tax, record-keeping and other requirements applicable to your business.
3. Your business data
You remain responsible for the information you enter into ArcBooks and for ensuring that you have the right to store and process it. Keep appropriate backups of important business records.
4. Accuracy and professional advice
ArcBooks provides software tools and does not replace a qualified accountant, tax professional, auditor, lawyer or other adviser. Review important financial records before relying on them for filings or significant decisions.
5. Security and acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, interfere with the service, abuse support systems, introduce malicious code or access another user’s data without authorisation.
6. Availability and changes
ArcBooks may be updated, maintained, temporarily unavailable or changed as the product develops. Features and workflows may evolve to improve reliability and usefulness.
7. Free service and future paid plans
ArcBooks is currently free. If paid plans are introduced, the applicable pricing, billing, cancellation and refund terms will be presented before purchase.
8. Account closure
You may request account closure through support. Access may also be restricted or suspended where necessary for security, abuse prevention or legitimate operational reasons.
